Frequently Asked Questions
From a heartfelt conversation to a global publishing movement, we exist to help you share your message with the world.
General
No! Many authors come with only an idea or recorded sermons. We offer transcription, ghostwriting, and research support to help you create your manuscript from scratch.
Typically 8–12 weeks from final manuscript to published book, depending on editing depth, design complexity, and format options. Rush services are available.
Absolutely. You keep 100% ownership and royalties. We are a service provider, not a traditional publisher that takes your rights. You stay in control.
While our foundation is Spirit‑centered, we publish all genres that align with excellence and integrity: memoirs, business books, poetry, children’s stories, academic works, and more.
Yes. We provide promotional materials (bios, press releases, social media copy, video ads) and guide you on marketing strategies. We also place your book on Amazon and global stores.
Every project is unique. We offer transparent, affordable packages based on your specific needs (editing, design, distribution, etc.). Contact us for a free, no‑pressure quote.
Yes! We have worked with authors from Ghana, the UK, the US, and across Africa. All processes: consultation, manuscript delivery, design proofs, and payments can be done online. Your printed books can be shipped internationally or delivered digitally.
We support you even after launch. You can request minor corrections or new editions at any time. For significant updates or a second edition, we offer discounted rates for returning authors. Your book is never “finished,” it can grow with your message.
Editing & Proofreading
Yes. Even bestselling authors use professional editors. A fresh pair of trained eyes catches what you’ve read over a hundred times.
No. We enhance clarity and correctness while preserving your unique voice. If we suggest a change that affects tone, we’ll explain why and offer alternatives.
Microsoft Word (.docx), Google Docs, and plain text. We also accept scanned handwritten manuscripts (additional transcription fee may apply).
Yes – for major languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, etc.). Additional translation or bilingual editing fees may apply.
Send us the first 1,000 words. We’ll provide a free assessment and recommendation with no obligation.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you feel the edit missed key issues, we’ll do an additional pass at no charge.
Cover Design & Interior Layout
No. We source licensed stock images or create original graphics. If you have specific fonts or photos, we’re happy to use them.
Absolutely. We can design a cover that fits your brand colors, logo, or previous book series style.
We offer up to 3 initial concepts. If none work, we can pivot to a new direction at no extra charge within the first round.
Yes. We handle full‑color interiors, fixed‑layout e‑books, and illustrated covers. Additional fees apply for complex illustrations.
We provide separate files optimized for each format. Print interiors are fixed layout; e‑books are usually reflowable unless you request fixed.
Yes. All our print files meet the technical specifications of major distributors. We can also upload on your behalf (additional service).
Book Printing
No. We can take your final manuscript and handle full interior layout and cover design before printing. If you already have print‑ready PDFs, we can go straight to printing.
Yes. We support short runs (as few as 25 copies) up to large bulk orders.
Yes. Recycled and FSC‑certified paper options are available upon request.
Printing alone does not list your book on Amazon. However, we can help you set up Amazon KDP Print or IngramSpark for distribution. Just ask about our combined publishing + distribution package.
We require final proof approval, so errors caught after printing are the author’s responsibility. But for genuine printing defects (misaligned pages, damaged covers), we will replace them at no cost.
E-book Publishing
It depends. Amazon does not require an ISBN for Kindle. Apple Books and Kobo do. We can assign an ISBN to you for a small fee, or advise you to use free platform‑specific identifiers.
Not exactly. E‑book covers need to be readable as a tiny thumbnail (usually 1600×2400 pixels, vertical). We can adapt your print cover for e‑book at a reduced cost.
Yes. If you choose KDP Select, you get access to Kindle Unlimited (subscription readers) and higher royalties in some regions, but your e‑book must be exclusive to Amazon for 90 days. We can guide you on the trade‑offs.
You create your own accounts on each platform (e.g., KDP, Apple Books). Royalties are paid directly to your bank account or PayPal by each platform. We never handle your money.
We can help you upload a corrected file. Most platforms allow free updates.
Yes. We can provide you with the e‑book files (EPUB, PDF) to sell directly. You’ll need a delivery system (e.g., Gumroad, SendOwl, or WooCommerce). We can advise.
E‑book only is absolutely fine. Many authors start with digital, then add print later.
